AI Security and Privacy
We prioritize the "Glass-Box" approach to AI. Customer data is strictly segregated and is never used to train public LLMs or shared across tenants. We utilize enterprise-grade AI providers (Google Vertex AI) with guaranteed data residency and privacy protections.
Data Security
All customer data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. We utilize AWS Key Management Service (KMS) for centralized, secure key management.
Product Security
Security is integrated into our development lifecycle. All code changes undergo mandatory peer review and automated security scanning (GitHub Dependabot) before deployment. We conduct annual third-party penetration tests to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
Cloud Infrastructure and Network
Elvity is 100% cloud-native, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We utilize a Zero-Trust architecture; our production environment is logically isolated in a private VPC with no direct public internet access to databases or compute workloads.
Reliability and Business Continuity
Our platform is built for high availability using AWS serverless architecture. We maintain a robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plan with a 24-hour RTO and 48-hour RPO
Governance and People Security
Security is a founder-led priority at Elvity. All employees and contractors undergo background or reference checks and sign NDAs before receiving access. Every team member completes mandatory security awareness and secure coding training annually.

We are proud and excited to announce that Elvity has achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. SOC 2 Type 2 compliance requires an ongoing commitment to security and privacy practices and demonstrates our dedication to protecting our customers' data. We have uploaded the SOC 2 Type 2 report to our trust portal for our customers' reference.
